n principle, flying and aerial photography by drones (unmanned aircraft) within Biei Town is prohibited.。
However, the following items are excluded.

※ Those that have received permission and application approval for the flight of unmanned aircraft from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the competent Civil Aviation Bureau, and have obtained the consent of the landowner.

*Some flights are prohibited under the Civil Aeronautics Act and require approval. Violations may be punished by law.

From February to March, it gets very cold with maximum temperatures ranging from 5℃ to -10℃ and minimum temperatures below -15℃. Warm clothing and shoes are required. From June to October, the daily temperature difference is large, with maximum temperatures around 30℃ and minimum temperatures below 10℃. Short sleeves are fine during the day in summer, but it can get cold at night, so we recommend bringing a jacket.

The popular season is from early summer to autumn. From around the end of June, the vegetables in the field will change color and the flowers will begin to bloom. Autumn leaves reach their peak in mid-October. Also, the winter scenery where the area is completely covered in snow (frozen trees, hoarfrost, sun pillars, etc.) is very attractive.

There are 6 major events in Biei. The Miyasama International Ski Marathon is held on the third Sunday of February, the Healthy Marathon is held on the second Sunday of June, the Biei Tokachidake mountain opening event is held on the third Sunday of June, the Nachi/Biei Fire Festival is held on July 24th, and Dokan is held in mid-August. and the Agricultural Festival, and the Biei Century Ride in mid-September.

A variety of vegetables are grown in the fields from spring to summer. In spring, it is all green, but as the season progresses, it changes to various colors. It came to be called Patchwork Hill because it looks like a piece of patchwork cloth.

It was formed from pyroclastic flow deposits caused by a large eruption that occurred approximately 1 to 2 million years ago, long before the current Tokachidake mountain range was formed, which weathered over a long period of time. 大変恐れ入りますが、バスはバリフリー対応ではございませんので、バスの乗降が可能で短距離の歩行が少し可能な方で、お付き添いの方のサポートが必須となりますがご利用は可能です。

旅行会社を通じて購入された方は、購入店舗へご連絡ください。

定刻運転に努めておりますが、道路状況（渋滞等）、天候、日没時間等により到着予定時間より遅れる場合がございます。

なお、到着時間の大幅な遅れが予想される場合、行程中の観光地の滞在時間の一部短縮や観光地の順路を変更する場合がございます。

あらかじめご了承の上、ご乗車ください。

バスにはトイレはついておりません。

なお、各降車見学箇所においてもお手洗いがある場所は、都度ガイドがご案内させて頂きますが、観光シーズンは大変混雑するため、降車見学箇所でお手洗いをご利用される場合は、お待ちになる時間が長くなります。

ご出発時に必ずお手洗いをお済ませいただけますよう、ご乗車の皆様にお願いをしております。

ご旅行中のキャリーバックや、ベビーカーなど大きなお荷物は、バスのトランクに積みは可能です。

但し、バス車内のトランクにてお預かりできるスペースに限りがありますので、ご利用になりたい方は、お早目にお越しください。

（バスのトランクが満杯時はお断りする場合がございます。）

なお、乗車受付場所（四季の情報館）にはコインロッカーの他、大きなお手荷物は、有料500円にてお預かりしております。

☆貴重品は、お預かりできませんので必ずお手元にお持ちくださいますようお願い致します。

7月中旬になると、種類によって黄色・黄金色・赤褐色に変化します。早い種（秋蒔き）は7月下旬に、遅いもの（春蒔き）は8月初旬に刈り取られます。

6月下旬から紅葉の10月いっぱいまで様々な景色をお楽しみいただけます。丘ではどこでも良い景色に出会えます。

6月下旬から7月上旬が見頃です。

美瑛のラベンダーの見頃は6月下旬から7月いっぱいです。

花の名所としては、四季彩の丘・ぜるぶの丘があります。6月下旬頃から１０月まで様々な花に出会うことができます。

望岳台の紅葉（山の紅葉）は9月中旬から始まり、丘の紅葉は10月中旬から始まります。自然溢れるこの町はどこへ行っても紅葉を楽しむことができます。年により異なる場合もございますので、お尋ねください。

桜の時期は例年5月中旬です。憩が森公園や聖台ダム周辺で桜を見ることができます。

四季の情報館内にコインロッカーがあります（200～500円）。コインロッカーに入らない大きさの荷物に関しては、カウンターにてお預かりいたします（500円）。（※<font color=”red”>12月31日～1月5日の間はお預かりが出来ません</font>予めご了承ください。
